3. Five, Ten, and Twenty-Year Tentative Facilities Workplan Adoption
   Motions:
   

   I recommend the School Board approve the Five-, Ten- and Twenty-Year Tentative Facilities Work Program, as required by Florida Statute Section 1013.35.	-	PASS
   Minutes: This State mandated document was prepared using data from the adopted Five-Year Plan and Capital Budget. Information from the 10 & 20-year projections (see attachment field) prepared by the District demographer were used to complete the latter sections of the document. The 10 & 20-year work plan is used only for planning purposes. Joe Sanches, Chief of Facilities Management, provided Board Members with a brief overview of the Tentative Facilities Work Program. Board Members discussed: declining enrollment; sales tax status; and tilt wall.
